Large and small ways to fix up the kitchen

Friday, February 27th, 2009

The kitchen is the heart of the home and when it comes to getting the most bang for your home improvement buck not much tops the work you can do in the kitchen. Here are some of the things you can focus on (small and large) to improve your house value.

1. Refacing kitchen cabinets – this is a biggie. It can be expensive, although if you do the work yourself it’s much more cost effective. You can get stock cabinets or custom made ones. You could even just replace the doors or repaint them and it would still made a visual improvement.

2. Add kitchen island cart – this one can be fun, but only if you have the space for it. If the middle of your kitchen isn’t big enough, or the layout just doesn’t lend itself to this, then you could also get a kitchen island cart and gain the additional storage and workspace without doing anything permanent.

3. New kitchen sink – your old one could have stains you don’t even know are there because you just got used to that yucky color. You can take out your sink and put in a nice new one, stainless steel is the new rage.

Overall there is great satisfaction in redoing your kitchen and these are a few of the ways you can do that. Watch for our other posts about this topic as well.

Instant Article Wizard Pro – A powerful tool for creating articles fast.

Friday, February 27th, 2009

The creators of Instant Article Wizard pro have developed a complex algorithm that extracts relevant pieces of research from a large variety of online indexes based on keywords you provide. That research is grouped and organized using this algorithm in a way that puts related research together. This makes writing your articles much, much faster and easier than trying to go out and do the research yourself.

IAW Pro currently supports searching Google, Yahoo, MSN Live, Google Blog Search, Articles, Google’s US Government index, Google Scholar, Google News and Google News Archives. Having multiple sources for gathering research makes it much easier to compile relevant, authoratative information to help you write top quality articles fast.

Instant Article Wizard Pro has a random factor in the algorithm that prevents the same research from being gathered for the same keywords each time they are run. That way an article you write on a set of keywords will be different, based on the research found, than another user who writes an article on the same set of keywords.

Even better, this means that you can create multiple unique articles on the same topic keywords. That gives you the ability to post to as many blogs as you want, submit to article directories as many times as you want and get as much content about a topic as you want. The benefit to you is more content, more pages indexed by the search engines and more backlinks to your sites.

Right now only the English language is supported, but results from Google, MSN Live, Yahoo and the News and News Archives indexes are all localized based on your selected country. The available countries are the USA, the UK, Australia and Canada.

For the best article marketing, you definitely want to pick up a copy of Instant Article Wizard Pro.

Holiday Inn Vacation

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

Me, my boyfriend and our dog, Mr. Cache live in an Akumal Villa down in Riviera Maya. We decided to spend our first Holiday united with his family in Merida. So on the 24th I worked until 1 o´clock because our plan was to get going at 2 in the afternoon at the most, since a 4 hour dive awaited us before having our party. It was impossible to think we would exit Akumal at 2 o’clock sharp! We’ve never stand out for being an “on time” couple!

As previewed we left our Akumal Villa at 5pm and after a long night and a straight drive (without a need to exaggerate Merida’s highway is the straightest and the most boring one in the world) we got to uncle Mau’s place. After noticing that Mr. Cache was definitely not invited nor welcome we tied him to a stick in the backyard; we quickly dressed up for the occasion and were soon having holiday treats over the tree.

In my experience the whole party was a complete experience, everyone in the family was having a great time, fifteen children were running around picking on Mr. Cache, Mr. Cache didn’t stop barking and crying (of course because he was far away from his familiar home in the Riviera Maya), seven guests played Wii and many others like me nearly dying from starvation, were looking for the best timing to rob food from the untouchable table, since dinner was served until midnight.

Today is the 25th and I awoke up to a tragic Holiday Inn vacation morning, the place itself made me sick for the rest of the day. It didn’t matter if I was with my boyfriend and my cute dog! The vacation was ruined and I had to go back home so as to save me from holiday depression.
